FullIconifyIcon type

[type]FullIconifyIcon type is used in Iconify Utils to handle icon data.

You can find this type in [file]src/icon/index.ts of Iconify Utils source code.

This type is identical to [type]IconifyIcon, except that all properties are mandatory.
